43% alc./vol. · 750 ml · Ice wine cask finished single malt whisky, Nova Scotia, Canada

The 12 Year Old takes the ice wine cask idea further. A cask-strength Glen Breton was finished in barrels from a Nova Scotia ice wine producer and checked closely for four months as the wine's sweetness and fruit worked into the spirit.

The older base whisky gives the finish more structure: sturdy malt up front, and the ice wine's delicate fruit coming through on the finish.
